• Contact details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company and role, submitted through enquiry forms, audits, chat or email.
• Business information: your product or service details, website, ad accounts, budgets, and materials shared during an engagement.
• Usage data on this site: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected via analytics and cookies (see Section 7).
• Communication records: emails, calls, WhatsApp messages and meeting notes.

• To respond to your enquiry — we use the contact details you give us to answer, schedule an audit, and share the information you requested (legitimate interest / your request).
• To perform our services — ad-account and analytics access is used strictly to run, measure and optimise campaigns on your behalf (contract performance).
• To send invoices and updates — billing, platform account creation and service notifications (legal / contract).
• To market with your consent — case studies, newsletters or similar communications only with your opt-in, which you can withdraw anytime.

You grant us access to your advertising accounts, analytics and CRM for the duration of the engagement. Your data — campaign structures, audiences, conversion data, creative and business records — belongs to you. We use it only to operate your campaigns and never resell or share it, including after the engagement ends. On termination we will, on request, export and transfer your assets and revoke our access.

We share data only with the third parties required to deliver the service, and only to the minimum extent necessary:

• Advertising platforms: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads), JioHotstar, Moj — where your campaigns run. Their own privacy policies govern that data.
• Software providers: analytics, CRM/marketing tooling, email, and project-management tools we use to do the work (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio, WhatsApp Business, and similar).
• Professional advisors — including accountants, where needed for GST/compliance.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not share data with marketers, brokers or other businesses for their own purposes.

Ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, JioHotstar, Moj) process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Any demographic, interest or behavioural data you see in platform reports belongs to that platform's ecosystem. We advise you to review each platform's policy for its use of those signals.

This site uses minimal, performance-focused cookies:

• Strictly necessary: settings and security (no consent needed).
• Analytics: aggregate, anonymised usage statistics so we can improve the site (e.g. Vercel Analytics).
