Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided
Adzbe (KITROS INFOTECH) (“Agency”) offers digital marketing services including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, SEO, SMO, Website Design, LinkedIn Ads, Moj Ads, and Ads Management.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide all necessary information, materials, and access needed to execute services.

  • The client agrees to timely review, feedback, and approval of deliverables.

  • The client is responsible for compliance with applicable laws related to their products and advertisements.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be as specified in the invoice or contract.

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via accepted payment methods.

  • Services may be suspended for late or non-payment.

  • Setup fees and monthly retainers are non-refundable.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund

  • Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Refunds, if any, are subject to review and will exclude work already performed.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, creatives, and assets created during the contract remain the property of Adzbe until full payment is received.

  • Upon clearance of all dues, final deliverables (as defined in scope) are transferred to the client.

 

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential.

  • No party shall disclose or use confidential information except as necessary to fulfill contract obligations.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • The agency cannot guarantee results due to the nature of digital marketing and external factors (e.g., platform algorithms, market changes).

 

8. Indemnification

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold Adzbe, its employees, and partners harmless from any claims resulting from client-provided materials, content, or actions.

 

9. Amendments

  • These Terms may be amended with written agreement of both parties.

 

10. Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to Anantapur, Andhra pradesh jurisdiction.

 

11. Acceptance

  • Use of the Agency’s services or signature on any agreement or invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
