Refund Policy
Adzbe (KITROS INFOTECH)

 

1. Non-Refundable Services

  • All setup fees, consultation fees, and paid retainers are non-refundable.

  • Payments for completed work, campaigns, or delivered milestones are non-refundable.

 

2. Monthly/Recurring Services

  • For services billed monthly or on a recurring basis, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

  • No pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused portions of a monthly or annual service.

 

3. Advance Payments

  • Any advance payments made towards advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are non-refundable once campaigns are launched, as these funds are paid directly to third-party advertising platforms.

 

4. Force Majeure

  • Refunds will not be issued due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to platform policy changes or acts of nature.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • If Adzbe fails to deliver services as agreed due to its own negligence, a partial refund or service credit may be offered at the discretion of the agency, following a thorough review.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any refund requests must be submitted in writing with a detailed explanation within 7 days of the disputed service or invoice.

  • All disputes are subject to internal review and resolution as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

 

7. Cancellation

  • Either party may cancel services with 30 days’ written notice.
