Refund Policy
Adzbe (KITROS INFOTECH)
1. Non-Refundable Services

All setup fees, consultation fees, and paid retainers are non-refundable.

Payments for completed work, campaigns, or delivered milestones are non-refundable.
2. Monthly/Recurring Services

For services billed monthly or on a recurring basis, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

No pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused portions of a monthly or annual service.
3. Advance Payments

Any advance payments made towards advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are non-refundable once campaigns are launched, as these funds are paid directly to third-party advertising platforms.
4. Force Majeure

Refunds will not be issued due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to platform policy changes or acts of nature.
5. Exceptional Circumstances

If Adzbe fails to deliver services as agreed due to its own negligence, a partial refund or service credit may be offered at the discretion of the agency, following a thorough review.
6. Dispute Resolution

Any refund requests must be submitted in writing with a detailed explanation within 7 days of the disputed service or invoice.

All disputes are subject to internal review and resolution as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel services with 30 days’ written notice.
